His deep passion for mountaineering has led him to organize and lead numerous treks and expeditions, integrating adventure with conservation. Beyond exploration, Neeraj has actively contributed to biodiversity conservation, ecotourism, wildlife tourism, and sustainable livelihood initiatives. As an IT professional, he brings a unique blend of technology and environmental expertise to his work. He is the Founder of Mountain Nature Explorer, an organization that conducts nature-based tours across the Himalayan region, promoting responsible tourism and environmental awareness. Committed to capacity building, he has coordinated and trained over 500 nature guides across Uttarakhand, focusing on bird identification, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development. His dedication to heritage and environmental preservation is further reflected in his role as a member of the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), Uttarakhand Chapter.
